I will have to check to tonight after work. I'm sorry, but I'm kinda out of the loops on this stuff- why would/wouldn't I have directshow ot other "filters" installed and working?

Recently purchased an MP3 album off Amazon and when trying to create a .cue file with ImgBurn to burn into an audio disc came up with this error on two of the tracks: "GetAudioInformation_DirectShow Failed! ...file name... Reason: DecodedSize == 0" Where the ...file name... is the file name/location. All mp3 files play on my laptop and the rest will load into a cue file. Tried to delete and redownload through amazon customer support with no change. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
