I'm between the novice and intermediate levels as far as file types, burning, ripping and all this goes.
But my question is along the lines of why this portion 'Getting Disc Free Capacity' is taking so long. It has already been an hour since I started attempting to burn a simple CD-R disc using a .cue file, and it is in that phase still. How long does this take? 4 hours? 12? 36? 168?
I have 4 GB RAM installed, it is bottle-necked at 2.99 GB.
Windows 7 32-bit (SP 1)
160 GB HDD Maximum
CD-R: Memorex 52x 700MB 80 Min
