On a non-ImgBurn related note, do you happen to know if the .img file generated by CloneCD can be renamed/converted to ISO?

Thanks- strangely I was able to make an image of this disc with CloneCD, but I wanted an ISO image.

I was trying to create images of a number of game disks with ImgBurn (for personal use only), but with one disk I repeatedly got the error mentioned in the title.
