I was going to post it all, but it didn't like that. Although it said my post was too short.

Last time I needed help my blu ray back ups would play but then freeze and either audio or picture would continue (one without the other) or it would freeze as if a brand new discussion had a scratch. I used Img burn to create the isos and know they are without flaw. Before it was suggested my older LG burner was at fault so I'm back with the same issues and a brand new pioneer burner. It seems like everything burns okay up until verify gets to 50 percent and then it's just read error after read error. Right now I'm verifying a burn at 56% with 183 errors. Are there settings I need to change to burn blu rays from isos without flaw (I've all ready limited the speed)... Or is it because my Ridata blu rays are garbage (I've seen many negative things about their product after buying them of course). Any help is appreciated and if it is my media is verbatim fairly trustworthy?

Based on what I've read in these forums I think it might be my blu ray burner, as it was one of the first burners LG released. Any recommendations on a more stable burner?

Hello, I've been using Imgburn to back up my personal blu ray collection, especially my 3D films. I have tried two different methods 1. I use imgburn to make an iso of the disk and it has no read errors. Then I use that iso to burn to a blank dual layer BD. 2. I have drag and dropped the BDMV and CERTIFICATE folders and had imgburn write those to a disk as well. In both instances the movie gets to a certain point and freezes as if there is a scratch on the disk if the movie continues at all there is no audio and the image is distorted. However the exact same iso image will play all the way through on my computer, so I know the image is a good copy. I'd like to get to the bottom of this as backups are smart but won't be economical if I keep using disks trying to get it right. Help is appreciated.
