Yea I just want to give it a try first to see if it's more reliable and trouble-free compared to Power2Go. So I don't mind watermarks etc. I'll also use a rewritable Bluray disc.

Yea it makes sense that Power2Go creates and least something prior to burning that can possibly be saved. Though's the chance that that fault in the preview could find itself into the burned disc. Out of curiosity, is there a trial version of ConvertXToDVD? I notice there's a free download option (I was wondering if that was for a trial.)

Hmmm....I can't recall Power2Go creating any folders. I'll have to check if there's a Save Project option - maybe that might create a folder. Power2Go can create a preview and that's where a rather strange and annoying problem occurs. One of the imported videos starts to play normally and then after a few seconds, it's replaced by another video of mine and then returns to the original video. It does this in both menu mode and full screen. Though I don't know if it's just a glitch with the preview or whether it'll present itself in the burned disc as well (definitely something that I don't want in the final product.)

Thanks for the recommendation. I note that ConvertXToHD is paid software. Would there be any good, free alternatives? I just recently paid the same price (US$39.95) for Power2Go and found that software to be very buggy and it refused to burn my discs, claiming they weren't compatible.

Just wondering if there's an option for choosing a menu when burning a Bluray in IMGBurn? I have several video files which I want to burn to the same Bluray disc and it would be good to have a menu in order to select which clips to play when the disc is inserted in a Bluray player connected to a TV. Ive read through the instructions on disc burning on this site but I don't see any mention of a menu.
