Ah I see. well I am getting some verbatim discs from Japan coming soon but hopefully before then I wont have to many failed Ritek discs (I wont be buying them again though)

so it may be that i am a complete idiot or this is the only way around it. just copied the same file after converting it to iso first and now it works
