Can anyone offer some much needed guidance? I trying to burn xbox 360 games but am missing the smaller file (.dvd) used to mount the image. I used a programme ages ago that created this file if it was missing ages ago, but can't remember for the life of me what that programme was called. So, my $64m question is: Can someone tell me what the name of the programme is that creates this missing file? Ta very muchly

I don't suppose that anyone can point me in the right direction to a good website for downloading manuals for X360 games. I know it is not directly imgburn related, but the help you get here is second to none!!

PC World, curries are not much better. I didn't have a lot of choice really. Ebay is the way ahead, but waiting is a mugs game!!

OK OK OK I have been out and begrudgingly bought more disks, but for once in my life I have listened and I bought Verb dvd+R DL 2.4x (Pack of 10 ?39.99) Ouch!! But couldn't wait to ebay for them as I wanted to sort this all out, you all know how it is!! Anyways, humility is a big mans game and I have to admit, I was wrong to doubt. I have now just burned 5 disks in a row 100% successfully. So, big thanks for all the advice from you all. Right must go, I still have 5 blank disks left.

It still confuses me as a friend of mine (the one who recommended that I buy Pioneer and Mirror disks) is using exactly the same, yet he has a 100% track record with these disks! I understand that verbatim are top end when it comes to media, and that I got lucky with 1 out of 15 disks burned correctly. So why is it that he is burning 100% correctly 100% of the time?

Hi menace; Glad to have you with the ImgBurn forum. Your firmware appears to be up to date but your choice of media is no good. You should be using nothing but Verbatim DVD+R DL discs. The problem is that according to your log your drive will not burn + media. DO NOT TRY TO USE Verbatim DVD-R DL discs. Do you have another burner you could use? I do have a TSSTcorp CD/DVD SH-S162L (Samsung Lightscribe) aswell, which one is best to use? and will this work with Mirror +R DL or do I have to get Verbatim?

I am having a nightmare. I am trying to burn image files for my Xbox 360. I am using Mirror DVD+R DL Inkjet Printable Disks and Imgburn 2.1.0.0 and my DVD Burner is a pioneer 111d and the Firmware is 1.29. I have also attached 3 screenshots of the errors if that is of any help. Out of 15 disks, I have 1 backed up game to show for it... are these good odds?
