Well, I burned some more coasters while waiting for the Verbatims to arrive. They came this morning, and guess what..... it worked perfectly. I'll go and make some humble pie now.....

I expected to get the Verbatim answer. I have got the latest firmware etc, but the stubborn part of me refuses to believe that the only disc that will work is verbatim. Is there anything else I can try to get it to work. I've got another 6 of these discs left so might as well try everything I can.

Trying to burn to a DL dvd, and it all goes fine until it gets to finalising the disc. I followed the guide on here on how to do it all to the letter.
