Damn....Oh well I'll pickup a cleaner tomorrow and some better disks. If it doesn't work at least burners arn't that expensive anymore. Thanks for the help everyone.

When I try to burn an ISO I get this the following error screen. I've read that it is a hardware problem and to do a firmware update but I can't find any updates for the Philips DVD8801. Can Anyone lend me some help on this? I also get errors in any other burn program. This is just the only one that actually gives me an error other that "Unexpected Error Occurred." Or is this burner shot and should I just get a new one?
