I dont have two programs open and I have checked the faqs

I am using windows xp media center edition and when I browse for a file an error message pops up . It says CANNOT OPEN FILE:D\DVD_VIDEO.ISO REASON:ACCESS IS DENIED Then it gives me 2 options the first is retry . When I do this the same box just keeps popping up. the other option is cancel which just cancels everything

why does it say access is denied every time I try to pick out a file
