I could never successfully burn a DVD+R DL with my NEC ND-3550A, so I replaced it with an LG GSA H55N. The new LG burner made four flawless DLs using ImgBurn. When I check these discs in DVDinfoPro, the Media, Drive, RPM, and CRC screens all appear normal, but the "start" button on the PIPO screen is "grayed out" so it's not possible to check for PIPO errors. Can anyone explain why this is happening ? I wanted to put a PIPO screen shot in this post, but while I could copy it to the clipboard or save it as a .png file I couldn't figure out how to insert it into the post -- other people do that. Why can't I?

The ImgBurn guides that LUK has written are very informative and helpful to us newbies. I wonder if he would consider writing one for DVDInfoPro. I have installed DVDInfoPro, and it seems to provide a wealth of information, but I have no idea how to interpret or use the results, and there doesn't seem to be any kind of user's manual for it.
