recently when I try to burn a dvd, I get the error message "failed to set write parameters", until last week I never got this message. I have tried to find where to set write parameters but I guess I can't find the proper setting. my write speed is set on "auto", I am using a memorex MRX-53ole external burner. This might be a simple fix but I am a novice and appreciate any suggestions or help. thanks!
