prslook Posted August 23, 2009 Share Posted August 23, 2009 I have just bought an external dvd burner, and I am trying to make it work with the ImgBurn, but every time I try to burn a movie, I get the following message at the bottom of the ImgBurn window: device not ready (medium not present). the dvd loads up and ImgBurn locates the external dvd burner, but everything stops when that message appears.
