My driver fails to write again

what's the problem with it?

If you've tried 2.4x and 4x, tried a cleaning disc (maybe a few times) and tried discs from different spindles (to rule out batch issues) then it's about time to give up with that drive. If it doesn't want to burn then you can't force it. Invest in a decent external drive instead.
