Epic Fail tryin to burn for my 360 please help

Hi, I have tried to backup my copy of Batman AA several times to no avail. It goes all the way through the process then it gives an error stating the the disc is smaller than the image file and it doesn't work. Here is a copy of the log.

P.S. I have previously had over 7 Successful back ups

I figured out why it wouldn't update, Daemon Tools had a virtual drive loaded so it must of been looking at that drive.

I am now trying to burn Batman again after updating the firmware and using the latest ImgBurn. Wish me luck
