Problem burning 360 games, Please help

Hey guys, ive been looking everywhere for help with this and cant find it anywhere, but you all seem to know quite a bit about burning 360 games, so i figured ide ask you. Ok so i used to be able to backup my 360 games perfectly, i have the layer break and speed set correctly, however the game will burn and say its completed, however, when i insert it into my modded 360, it just says cant read media, i cant figure it out, ill include the log, but everything seems ok. let me know....ps, this log i accidently wrote the game at 4X speed, but normally i do it at 2.4X just to let you guys know. Please help, ive tried everything! i even reformatted my computer and reinstalled everything. Thanks in advance!
