hi i am trying to burn a game using imageburn on my fiances laptop and im getting falure messages here is my log cause im not sure how to explain it please help asap ty

If it still doesn't work, you have 2 choices:

 

1. Buy different discs (not using the RITEK-S04-66 dye) - i.e. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000

2. Buy a new drive that supports the RITEK-S04-66 dye.

 

 

 

i did the upate and nothing so what is wrong or my other options?

so what is wrong or my other options?

Looks to me as your burner is to old to deal with 8x rated Riteks.
