But when I put it in my DVD player, it won't read it. I tried putting it in my desktop, but it wouldn't play with windows media player. I put it back in in the laptop i used to convert & burn it, and it plays fine. My laptop uses VLC media player.?! so please please help me... ; I 22:58:38 ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 started! mmalves Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Since it verified OK then the disc should be good. You could try with high quality media such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks to see if your DVD player likes them better.

I know I've used these b4, I've done a few DVD to DVD burns and it reads them just fine. Thank you, I appreciate your fast reply!!
mmalves Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Meanwhile you could try burning the blanks you have at 6x or maybe 4x to see if you get a better quality burn that's playable on your DVD player.

jeff_nz Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 (edited) I 23:19:46 Region Code: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 I 23:19:46 TV System: PAL Do you have a multi system DVD player? Your standalone may also be rejecting the disc if it only supports the NTSC format (North American system) in which case you'd also need to convert from PAL to NTSC when converting the original file.
