i was trying to create an image from a xbox360 backup, but when it is at 49% it always fail to read sector 1913744. why? what can i do? dvd is ok (it has no hits or something like that - i'm not english native speaker so sorry if i don't write propperly)

Have you tried a DVD Lens Cleaner on your Burner???

Try reading that disc with other drives.
