kriskind
Hi! I got an DVD that s#has 16:9 Pal Video on it. Playing this DVD back on a 16:9 TV it appears 4:3. So it seems the DVD doesnt tell the DVD Plaer the aspect of the content. No I made an image file of this DVD to copy it again to DVD. Is there any chance to change the DVD settings somehow so my DVD player will konw its a 16:9 DVD??? I hope you understand what I mean...
mmalves
Sounds like you need to adjust your TV's input settings or your DVD player's settings. Play the DVD on the computer using PowerDVD/WinDVD/VLC Media Player/Media Player Classic Homecinema/etc and check if it's indeed widescreen. kriskind
Sounds like you need to adjust your TV's input settings or your DVD player's settings. The DVD contains 16:9 but also Mediaplayer shows it as 4:3. So the DVD does not know that its a 16:9 content DVD... Is there a way to change this in the Image?
