My plan is to start a DIY CD-R label to put out releases for bands in my town. I have five drive bays in my desktop, and I was wondering if ImgBurn can help me set up my PC to burn multiple copies of the same CD-R at once. If so, is it necessary for me to have all of the optical drives be the same? I have an AMD II dual-core processor, I think at 3.2 GHz, and 4 GB RAM, with my case fully outfitted with fans. I have both Windows and Xubuntu Lucid, so I would like to know if there are any limitations or issues with either OS for this sort of operation. All advice welcome and thanks in advance. :)

No, as far as I know.

You can share the image to all the drives, but it will be written one after another.

Maybe, consider buying a duplicator.
