this is my log. can someone please tell me why it's taking so long.

Try burning at 4x or 6x. Also look for the latest chipset/storage drivers for your system (this website might help). You could also try with high quality media such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks (laptop burners are rubbish so good media is a must).

thanks for trying to help me. i uninstalled the program and installed it again and it worked ok.
