Im getting so sick and tired of this i have wasted 10 fujiflim 8x 8.5gb disks on this :S

Laptop burners in general are not that good at burning dual layer discs.

It's not magic to make your drive work, follow the suggestions in the link.

 

In the end try with Verbatim or buy an external drive that do the job done.
