pacloto Posted September 13, 2010 Share Posted September 13, 2010 In my case, the HP support told me that if i had installed Nero, the recorder drivers could be unconfigured. I choose format the computer to restore factory, I installed Imgburn again and the problem dissapeared. I hope that this solution helps you. Sorry for my English.
