What does "Kill System Error" mean?

2.5.2.0 adds a new string: btnKillSystemError.Caption=00000028,Kill System Error, but since I don't have a changer/loader, I'm not sure what this means.

Anyone knows?

For now I left it untranslated, but if I'm to make a wild guess, it's used to suppress some error message.
