berane Posted January 23, 2012 Share Posted January 23, 2012 Hi! I do a lot of photoshows using ProShow Producer, as an output I usually create DVDs (sometimes videofiles - .mp4). Lately I´ve experienced problems when trying to create imagefiles from those DVDs, e.g. on of the shows the procedure totally failed, i.e. no image at all was created. Today I tried another show and it also showed alarming signs but finally made it in the end (log enclosed). What might be the factors involved to cause those problems? Update the firmware on the drive - http://www.firmwarehq.com/Samsung/SH-S223L/files.html Don't burn at 'max' speed, try 8x - 16x instead. Verify your burns.
