Is ImgBurn free for commercial use?

Hi. I work for an NFP in the US and I was wondering if ImgBurn is freeware for commercial use.

Well, we just want to use it to burn cds on our computers and .iso files of other freeware for commercial use software like TRK.

 

We're just an NFP that does aid and training, not software developing or anything like that.
