finalizing fails at 99%

Hi, 

I've tried to burn a game with imgburn and used BurnerMAX to extend the disc size. BurnerMAX once worked for me and I've been able to play online without getting banned but for some reason it gives me the finalizing error (it gets to 99% and that stays there. after a while it starts from 0% and retries). abgx360 was all green and I used the "calculate optimal" method for the layer break. I even recreated the dvd file.  

BurnerMAX works with my drive (it does extend the size of the disc). My drive is ATAPI DVD A DH16A6L ZH39.

can someone please help me?
