Lite-On Blu-ray 12x Sata - I/O Error

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I am trying to burn a blu-ray from an ISO file but with no luck and receiving an I/O error:

The ISO was created using Adobe Encore CS5.

The disc i am using has a Disc id: PHILIP-R04-000. Which is a Kodak BD-R Blu-ray Disc 4x 25g white printable hub.
