It's been done before and will probably be done again. Now, I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box. Here's the story; my main pc crashed. Windows XP will not boot on it. And of course it's the one with all my files etc. etc. are. I have this second computer, thank God. I have a new processor too for Windows 8.1. I got a lot of help from Elizabeth on Microsoft Forum. She told me to download ImageBurn. Now I'm in over my head. I don't really understand all the directions in the guides. I HAVE TO burn a cd from this pc so I can take it and have Windows XP boot on my main pc. Can someone please tell me how to do this without all that computer mumbo jumbo? But, I need whatever is in Windows XP on this computer to burn a cd so I can then, hopefully use it to boot Windows XP on my main pc. That wouldn't be an image file; would it?
