cowgurl8016 Posted October 25, 2006 Share Posted October 25, 2006 Hi, i'm really new to this but hopefully someone can tell me what i'm doing wrong! i've burned a variety of movies (relatively successfully, i guess) using AnyDvd as the decrypting software, and DVDShrink, with ImgBurn to actually burn it. the discs will play perfectly for about the first half of the movie and in my standard dvd player with the tv, it'll just freeze and stop playing, and in my computer it will start to skip and eventually stop playing. these are both burned mpeg files as well as .iso files. any idea why this is happening? thanks!! polopony Posted October 25, 2006 Share Posted October 25, 2006 would this be in a dell computer if so theres a firmware update for this drive ,that would be your first step updating the firmware if its not dell you can still look for an update by right clicking the burner in the destination box in IMGburn last line is firmware updates just follow the prompts Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
