scotchboy Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 (edited) hi for years ive been using imgburn without problems but all of a sudden i get the error mention in topic title. imgburn wont even open i get this error straight away any help would be apreciated. i cant even get the bug report up. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no joy there either Edited November 23, 2017 by scotchboy
dbminter Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 Have you tried running ImgBurn in Windows's Safe Mode? See if it will open there.

dbminter Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 If you're saying Windows won't boot in Safe Mode at all, you've got a more serious problem than just ImgBurn not starting. Or are you just saying ImgBurn won't start now in Safe Mode?
scotchboy Posted November 23, 2017 Author Posted November 23, 2017 lol sorry windows is booting into safe mode and when i first tried imgburn in safe mode it opened up but then crashed and it wouldnt open back up in safe mode
dbminter Posted November 23, 2017 Posted November 23, 2017 Hm, well, if it won't start in Safe Mode, something is up somewhere. Unfortunately, given the relatively unhelpful nature of the error message, I couldn't begin to tell you what to try. LUK, the author, might have a better idea. Sorry.
