Read speeds are set by the firmware of a drive and the read rate descriptor on the media.  You may have a conflict between these two.  The only fix is to update the firmware or use different discs.  Try seeing if there's a firmware update for your drive.  In Write mode, right click on the Destination drive letter line from the drop down list and choose the last option, Check for firmware update.  Otherwise, you may want to try different discs.  And, honestly, you should be using different discs besides CMC's.  CMC media is the bottom of the barrel worst media out there.  Try Verbatim DataLife Plus (NOT Life Series.) you can only find online.  I can't guarantee you'll resolve your very slow Verify rate, but your discs will generally last much longer.

Tnq for answer ,

actually my previous Drive (LiteOn) didn have this problem with same discs , i think its about this drive Firmware. ( any way for customize firmware ?  )

unfortunately i live in Iran so cant access to international online market like amazon and have to use worst media in the world ( this media known here as AA grade quality :/ )

i have 2 other newbie question ,

1. is there necessary to wait beetwen burning discs (like 10-15 disc continuous) for cooldown the laser ?

2. any way to burn file/data directly to discs with queue ?  i found queue burning for img files only so i have to convert(build) my files to img before use that feature

As for #1, I don't really know if it's necessary or not.  Couldn't hurt, though I don't think it's necessary.

I don't understand what you're asking with #2.  Are you asking is there a way to burn data to a disc without having to write to an image file first?  If that's what you're asking, yes, there is.  Under Mode, use the EZ Mode Picker.  Then use Write files/folders to disc.  It uses a similar interface to creating an image file from files, but instead of creating an ISO, it burns directly to disc.

yes i want to write files/folders directly to disc with queue , so schadule several discs for burn and just change the disc

only found that option ( queue writing) for image burn right now

Oh, if that's what you wanted, then I think the only solution is to queue image files and burn the queue.  The EZ Mode Picker option I mentioned, I think, only burns one task at a time.  I don't think you can queue up anything in that.  I've only used that option once I can think of, and that was a troubleshooting test.

yes i test many burning software and could't find that option , imgburn is the best for burning queue

thank you and sorry for my english

I thought there was an option to queue image files.  As long as you changed the name of the image file each time, it would queue up the entire list and then burn each one one after the other.

In Build mode, under Options tab next to Information, make sure Add to write queue when done is checked.  As long as you change the target image file name each time, each time you build a new image, it should queue them all in order or creation.
