Issues with audio when burning a CD on IMG-burn

I've been trying to burn a CD, but 2 of the audio files (FLAC) come out tinny and low quality. The rest of the files (17 total) do not have this issue. I have even tried converting the two problematic files to .wav in hopes it might do something, but it ran into the same issue.

I am using Verbatim CD-R's and a samsung SE-208 dvd writer

Did you "install" madFLAC for ImgBurn?

I did, I've burned other CD's using FLAC files a handful of times before and have not run into this issue.

Since you already tried converting the FLAC's to uncompressed .WAV and still get the same tinny sound, it sounds like something in the codec that you won't be able to work around.  So, something present in the way the source files were authored that madFLAC doesn't like.
