fd235158 Posted March 13, 2007 Share Posted March 13, 2007 Since media types have caused problems for people I just wanted to post a good experience I've had with a cheap DVD DL. I picked up a couple 25 packs of Sony DVDR+DL disks on sale for $30 each and have so far only had 1 disk become a coaster but I'm pretty sure that was my fault anyway. In your case, you hav been quite fortunate but a great deal of burns that go tits up on this forum are the result of bad media. Used to burn successfully to cheap cd-r's at some point but the musics quality has progressively degraded over a period of 2yrs. You could suffer a similar fate if you plan use those DL's for years to come... Its False economy to think otherwise.
