I have no idea what it means. This is my first experience in trying to backup a disk. I/O Error! Does this make a difference? i to am getting the same error....it is the disc that i am trying to copy.......mmmmmmm. could there be something else that gives this error? Does this make a difference? the quality of the media makes a huge difference those are cheap as you say not very good at all, we only reccommend Verbatim + and - and also Taiyo Yuden, they are top of the line but well worth it .
