Might be a bug, might just be me!

hi guys,

Only found ImgBurn recently after using decrypter for yonks. One thing I have found is when I read a disc to my hard drive, ImgBurn finds the Label name and calls the destination file the same, so far so good.

When I then go to read another disc, the Label name changes accordingly but the destination name stays the same as the previous read and this wants to overwrite the previously read file on the hard drive and I have to go to 'view' and then 'refresh' for that to change to the new disc name.

Currently on 2.3.2.0 and have had this on the last 2 updates.

Hope this makes sense to somebody...

So you're saying that when you put a disc in, it automatically generates the destination file name, then you eject it, put in a different one and the name stays the same?

When you eject the disc between name changes, does the program change the 'destination' field back to saying 'Please select a file...' ?

I've just tested it here (with default settings) and it's working ok for me.

Thanks for the quick reply,

Yes I eject the disc the program changes the destination field to 'Please select a file...' ? and it goes back to the previous destination file name. Like I said this is the 3rd version I'm on, not played with the settings at all, does all I want it for do as it is.

Sorry I can't be more help.

It's a little odd because pressing refresh just stops and starts the 'autoinsert' polling thread.

But that runs anyway and is what detects a disc has been inserted - and that's obviously working ok.

Any chance of 3 screenshots of the main ImgBurn window?

1. Of the first disc in the drive (showing correct volume label).

eject disc -> insert new one...

2. Of the second disc in the drive (showing incorrect volume label).

press Refresh / F5...

3. Of the second disc in the drive (showing correct volume label).
