rolex Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 I wanted to look at a failed burn but when I looked at the log I didnt find anything about it. Does it only save the successful burns?
Shamus_McFartfinger Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Open ImgBurn > Help Menu > ImgBurn Logs All are saved/appended by default.
rolex Posted May 31, 2007 Author Posted May 31, 2007 (edited) Open ImgBurn > Help Menu > ImgBurn Logs All are saved/appended by default. Well I assumed that was where to look but I didnt find it. It says nothing about my previously failed burnes... Edited May 31, 2007 by rolex
Shamus_McFartfinger Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 That's odd. By default ImgBurn saves all logs. Jump into the settings and see if yours are being saved. Here's what mine looks like:
LOCOENG Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Maybe someone has been tinkering with the settings? I don't recall deleting any of the logs and I've only got 41 of them saved, do they overwrite each other at some point or did I inadvertently delete some...not that I need that many.
rolex Posted May 31, 2007 Author Posted May 31, 2007 I compared our settings but they are all the same. Strange...
rolex Posted June 1, 2007 Author Posted June 1, 2007 Mine was located in C:~~~/application data/Imgburn And so is mine
Shamus_McFartfinger Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 I compared our settings but they are all the same. Strange... Well, I'm buggered if I know. If your settings haven't been altered and your settings look the same as mine, logically, your logs should be saved - even if all you do is load and then quit ImgBurn. Uninstall and re-install to see if that fixes it.
