Check this dual layer scan

I got a good rating on this, but is this a lot of PI and PIF errors?

A good quality disc shouldn't go above 50 pie and 10 poe, how does it play?

Plays fine. But I always see other peoples scans for single layers and there usually around 8000 pie errors.

 

What could I possibly do to get a better burn? I am using verbs at 2.4x. The only thing I can think of is I recently added a new drive and dont have an 80 wire ide cable. Could this be a big difference, I do plan on gettin a new 80 wire ide cable.

Get your 80 wire cable and connect it but this would only benefit for faster speeds on single layer and to achieve udma 4 if your drive supports it.

nobody has said it yet so i would add that the quality score could look very different if jitter was measured so the overall qs is not totally accurate for dvdip

All good points above, especially the jitter score but to me a scan quality score of 96.18% isn't too bad, as Corny said it would be lower with jitter but on the whole I would think this would be ok.....
