I have an ATI TV wonder pro card and i record movies and shows on to my computer. I can record in different ways. the file extensions are .mpg and .vcr imgburn won't accept .vcr but it works on .mpg I can add them to the source and it all goes fine and everything tests ok and it verifies but nothing writes to the disc.

You should use the Build mode (have a look in the Guides section if you're in doubt).

I used the guides for build mode and it worked but when I put the disc in my other computer it opened fine and showed me what was on it but it would not open.

Your other computer might not have the decoder software needed to play those files. Try playing them with VLC Media Player.

I have a VLC player but even when i put it on the computer i burned it on it still won't play. Is there any way to copy a dvd to a blank w/o reading it through imgburn. i have a DVD-rom and a DVD burner on one computer. I used to be able to do it with record now but my hard drive crashed and i lost it.
