markbuhay Posted August 20, 2008 Share Posted August 20, 2008 (edited) i tried burning my iso created by dvdflick using image burn but it says something like "media not present". so i tried another method using build i added the folder video_ts then still the same result. however, when i mounted the iso file on my virtual drive, i was able to burn it to my dvdr using copy dvd in nero. what should i do? i prefer using imgburn due to its simplicity and its speed. ple ase help. here's an imgburn log ; //****************************************\\ ; ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 - Log ; Thursday, 21 August 2008, 00:18:18 ; \\****************************************// ; ; I 00:17:34 ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 started! LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 20, 2008 Share Posted August 20, 2008 Are you sure the correct 'destination' drive is selected? If the drive isn't reporting that you've got media in it then that's not ImgBurn's problem I'm afraid. You'll need to update the drive's firmware so it supports the media you're using properly or get some different (better) media that it does support. markbuhay Posted August 20, 2008 Author Share Posted August 20, 2008 i meant "medium not present". i tried it with a dvd+rw and it burned sucessfully. when i played it in my stand alone dvd player, it didnt. so i did it again, this time it played. what could be the problem. here is a log of a successful burn. but sometimes it doesnt go though using the same dvd+rw.
