Won't let me burn .ISO file!

Your HP burner is telling ImgBurn that there's no disc in the drive. It seems it couldn't recognize/initialise the disc you're using.

Are you using another brand or type of disc? The one you're trying isn't supported by your burner :(

My PC is pretty damn old. So old that it can't handle more than 512 MB of RAM or it will fry. I have a drive on my PC that si made for burning.

Edit: Well it's a incompatable medium. any way i could get it compatable? this is my first time burning ever.

either update the drives firmware, your on 1.0B and there is a 1.0C available ( may be an even newer one as well)

OR

get some other discs that the writer will recognise.

failing that there is nothing you can do to the discs you already have
