nelsh Posted September 23, 2008 Share Posted September 23, 2008 After many score successful rips with DVD Shrink/IMGBurn, I burned a Backup that is missing the dialog. Some music is there, but the characters move their mouths with no voices.. I can hear the dialog track when I play the disk on the computer with VLC. But, the dialog track will not play in either of my stand alone dvd players. The next attempt will be my fourth DVD-R verbatim coaster. Do you good people have any suggestions? mmalves Posted September 23, 2008 Share Posted September 23, 2008 ImgBurn is just a burning tool, i.e. it burns the content as it is, so it's not a problem that can be solved with ImgBurn. That being said, I've had many DVDs done through DVD Shrink that had missing audio, so you'll have to look in Shrink to see if the track(s) are detected and selected (for some of my DVDs it wouldn't detect the audio tracks ).
