Below, in quotes, is my original post (for reference). After I got a response from 'LIGHTNING UK', I searched the forums and found a very helpful post by 'machine'. I did not need RAID or hotswapping, so I reverted to the standard windows IDE controller. Now, ImgBurn runs PERFECTLY. Here are the steps for anyone that wants to fix the problem until the next version of ImgBurn comes out.

1) Right-click on 'My Computer'
2) Click on 'Properties'. A new window will pop up
3) Click on 'Hardware' tab
4) Click on 'Device Manager' button. A new window will pop up
5) Expand the 'IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers' item
6) Double click on each item that says 'NVIDIA nForce Serial ATA Controller' and find which controller and port your SATA drive is on by:
Click on the 'Port 0' and 'Port 1' tabs and look at the device name.
Once you find your device, proceed to next step. Otherwise, keep searching
7) Go back to the 'Device Manager' window
8) Right-click on the controller that you found your device on
9) Click 'Update driver'. A new window will pop up
10) Click 'No, not this time'. Then click the 'Next' button
11) Click 'Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)'. Then click the 'Next' button
12) Click 'Don't search. I will choose the driver to install'. Then click the 'Next' button
13) Click 'Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller'. Then click the 'Next' button
14) Continue from there, and then restart your computer
FINISHED!

I hope this is useful to everyone. I had no idea that my errors were caused by the nVidia drivers.

Original Post

I burn ISOs with UltraISO currently, which works with both medias. However, the quality of burns seem to degrade near the "Lead-out" areas. So, I am trying to use ImgBurn because I have read that the burns are very high quality. But, I get the exact same error with ImgBurn on both medias. Here is my information:

Samsung SH-S203B, firmware SB03 (past) & SB04 (current)

ImgBurn 2.4.2.0

Media:

TYG02 (real, inner ring begins with code GGxxxx)

Verbatim 16X, made in Taiwan
