I updated my firmware from sb01 to sb02 hoping the error would go away but it did not. These discs are not scratched or dirty they are pristine and like new, and the drive is also new. Nero Express Essentials v7 works fine with it, but can only create NRG images and I am in need of a bin/cue image. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
