Ivalid Access to Memory Location and Invalid Field in CDB

Alright, I've been using ImgBurn for numerous game burns for my Sega Saturn, and I've had virtually no problems...until now.

I'm trying to burn the 4th disk of Panzer Dragoon Saga (Its brethren burned just fine) to a CD-R. Again, I've burned numerous items to CD-Rs with no problems at all. This disk, however, is quite problematic.

At first, it said that it failed to send the CUE sheet, which was strange since, according to information provided by the forums, it shouldn't report this unless I have a very small section number, which I definitely do not! It's well over 200,000. Nevertheless, I changed it the write settings to TAO, and that seemed to work until the image was 90% finished. The Device Buffer had been stuck at 92% the entire time. An error message popped up saying that there was "Invalid Access to Memory Location" and, on a later error box, there was an "Invalid Field in CDB."

Now, according to information gleamed from the forums, updating the IngBurn software is supposed to fix this. I did so, and the problem persisted. I also see that this error is usually accompanied by a Power Calibration Error. In the log, however, it says no such thing. I've also switched disks to see if the actual medium was the problem. It was not. I'm thoroughly stumped.

Here's the log:

You won't need TAO mode with a new drive like that, leave it on SAO and post a log of that failed burn. Use test mode or a CDRW to save on media.

If it fails to send the cuesheet then please press F8 just before you click the write button and then press it again after you've hit 'ok' to the error - then post that log (or save + attach it).
