I want to make a bootable Windows 7 DVD from a folder "Windows 7 HP" <where HP stands for Home Premium>. 1. Will DVD-Recordable suffice? After reading a number of guides, I think I need to put the folder "Windows 7 HP" in Drive C: (Local Drive). I have to insert the DVD into Drive (D:) Now in the ImgBurn, I understand all the settings except "Extract Boot Image". 2. I want to know what to do here. I suppose that in the Destination in the left, I have to select the Drive where I would insert the DVD (i.e., D: in my case). 3. Am I right? Point the 'Boot Image' to the 'etfsboot.com' file within the 'boot' folder in your source folder - i.e. "T:\VISTA_INSTALL\boot\etfsboot.com" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
