To 'make' anything you use Build mode.

The 'Bootable Disc' tab can be found within the 'Advanced' tab.

Like I said, you want Build mode.

So click the 'Mode' menu and then 'Build'.

Do you know what you have to do after that or are you going to attempt to 'wing' it?
