nujabes Posted October 14, 2015 Share Posted October 14, 2015 i have been dealing with this issue for about 10 hours stright now, scrolling though hours and hours of threads trying to get this to work! (note:im good with computers but not a wizz) upper device filer: [none found] upper class filter: [none found] device: CD/DVD-ROM Device (note: no cd drive attached to pc at the moment) Lower class filter: [none found] lower device filter [none found] i think this is the issue, i have deleted devices like the ide drives from device manager (not knowing what i was doing exactly), restarted pc with the usb in my pc still nothing, not sure what posts mean about redbook.exe files people keep talking about. help me please Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
