dvd drive changed to dvd ram for strange reason can not burn anything

There's no issue with dvdram here, that's just how your drive identifies itself.

The actual issue is that your drive reported a 'write error' when trying to burn the discs you're using.

If the drive can't burn them at any of the speeds it claims to support them at, try different discs. If they don't work either, try another drive.
